Every item is made to order through our trusted production partners. This means your order enters production after it is placed, helping reduce waste while ensuring each product is created specifically for you.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, new product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: Varies by destination

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Because different products may be manufactured at different facilities, your items could ship independently and arrive on different days.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and production has already begun, we may be unable to modify the shipment.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
